ActiveFits Returns & Exchange Policy

At ActiveFits, we want you to love every supplement and product you order. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns simple. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order, as long as it’s in its original condition.

What can I return?

Most products can be returned within 30 days, but please note these exceptions:

  • Opened supplements (including powders, capsules, and liquids) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Shaker bottles and drinkware are non-returnable once opened/used.
  • Gift cards and personalised items are non-refundable.
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.

To receive a refund, items must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them. Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If you paid with a gift card, refunds will be applied back to the gift card first.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, plus an additional 3–5 days for your bank to post it.
  • Keep your return shipping receipt until your refund has been confirmed.

Exchanges

We currently offer size or product exchanges only on select items (e.g., apparel or accessories). Supplements can only be refunded, not exchanged.

If the item you want to exchange is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Email our customer service team at customerservices@active-fits.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Our team will send you return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Send your return using a tracked delivery service (recommended) and keep the receipt until your refund is confirmed.
